• Full budgetary responsibility for managing a £40m woundcare, compression and hosiery portfolio.
• Change management responsibility for restructuring and expanded sales force to optimise the advanced woundcare (AWC) potential in the UK market, whilst maintaining agreed profitability targets.
• Responsible for directly leading a team of 7FLM’s with 60+ indirect reports.
• Strategic input into development of the UK marketing plan and setting salesforce strategy to optimise the growth of promoted brands and influenced national brand strategy and national account segmentation strategy
• Responsible for setting sales targets and developing a motivational incentive scheme to reward the whole matrix team.
