Responsible for directly leading a team of 7FLM’s with 60+ indirect reports.
Strategic input into development of the UK marketing plan and setting salesforce strategy to optimise the growth of promoted brands and influenced national brand strategy and national account segmentation strategy
Responsible for setting sales targets and developing a motivational incentive scheme to reward the whole matrix team.
